How it works

Developing a Market Strategy is done with you and usually takes 8 weeks. We have 1-to-1 calls during this period and in between we both undertake work. The work depends on the situation but we usually undertake a survey of your clients and leads. We also undertake an analysis of your current data. All to help form a picture. All of this plus our experience and your knowledge and purpose help to form a successful market strategy.  

A deliverable is always a comprehensive review of your business that covers the 10 steps for a marketing strategy. 5 strategy parts and 5 implementation parts as strategy without implementation does not succeed.

1. Understand you and your business

If you have an existing client base or list of leads we will do a survey. This is to understand them and their needs. 

We get to know your clients and why they buy from you. 

We analysis any data you have on clients. What we are looking for is patterns such as channels, gateway products, purchase patterns, life time value, segments, time between purchases. And much more.
